My stay at the hotel was a bit of a rollercoaster. On the bright side, the rooms we booked weren't available initially due to overbooking, but eventually, the staff managed to find us suitable rooms with an okay standard and size. The view of the beach from the room was absolutely stunning, perfect for catching the sunrise and sunset. However, the check-in process was quite slow, and the mandatory service fee for staff tipping was a downside. The location was convenient, with easy access to attractions in Fort Lauderdale, but walking in the hot sun was a challenge. The dining experience had its bumps, including additional tipping requests and disappointing dishes. On the plus side, the beachfront location and variety of facilities provided great options for entertainment and relaxation.
